27.02.2007 Freedom House ka nënshkruar një marrëveshje për grante me 12 partnerë lokalë kosovarë në komunat, Rahovec, Gjilan, Mitrovicë, Gjakovë, Klinë, Skenderaj, Kamenicë dhe Prishtinë, të cilët do të punojnë në projekte që kanë të bëjnë me pajtimin e komuniteteve dhe dialogun aktiv në mes të tyre.
