15.10.2007 The New York Centre for Reproductive Rights, Interights and Centre for Education, Counselling and Research CESI from Zagreb, filed a complaint against Croatia to the European Social Rights Committee, for its attempt to introduce a discriminatory and scientifically inaccurate abstinence based sexual education programme in the schools.

15.10.2007 Centar za reproduktivna prava iz New Yorka, međunarodna organizacija Interights i udruga Centar za edukaciju, savjetovanje i istraživanje - CESI iz Zagreba, podnijeli su pritužbu protiv Hrvatske Europskom odboru za socijalna prava zbog pokušaja uvođenja u škole diskriminatornog i znanstveno netočnog apstinencijskog programa seksualne edukacije.
